Are you looking for a space to run sessions, groups, meetings, events or activities? We can make it happen at Cornerstone!
While we pride ourselves on making great food (and even better coffee!), Cornerstone is first and foremost a space for the community - and we want our venue to be used to bring amazing things to the people of Chelmsford.

You can hire during our opening hours (Monday to Friday: 7am-4pm) for a reduced rate - but we will remain open to the public - or you can have exclusive use of Cornerstone anytime outside of our opening hours (including the weekends!).
All bookings must be finished by 10pm.

It is £10 per hour if you hire the space during Cornerstone’s opening hours (7am-4pm) or it is £20 per hour for exclusive use when we are closed (including the weekend).
You can also add a barista to any exclusive use hire for an additional £20 per hour.

Once your date/time is confirmed, you will be required to fill in a booking form and agree to the terms & conditions for your booking.

All of Cornerstone’s profits go to Essex Recovery Foundation, a charity supporting people in recovery from addiction.

Our space offers a lot of flexibility. However you envisage your event, we can help to make it happen. Just chat to our friendly team!
Add-on barista
Want delicious coffee? No problem. For just £20ph, a professionally-trained barista will be there to serve the goods.
